The Rules

To maintain a calm and stress free environment, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking a facial, massage, or body treatment, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to unwind in our steam room prior to or after your spa service. simply let us know at the time of your booking. During your spa visit, a locker will be provided for your personal belongings, but please keep in mind that chrysalis salon spa does not accept responsibility for any loss of valuables during your visit with us.

cancellation policy

At chrysalis, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. For your initial visit, a credit card is requested to guarantee your appointment time. If you must cancel with less than 24 hours advanced notice, the full price of your appointment will be applied. A friendly reminder call will be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

Spa Attire

Upon arrival you will be given a robe and sandals, which are appropriate spa attire. Under your robe, you may wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Our therapist will ensure that during a massage, facial or body treatment you will be draped appropriately.
